嘿嘿，做了个记录血常规的工具

最近对AI工具感兴趣，做了个记录血常规之类的工具，用模型是DeepSeek v4 flash
右上角管理档案可以更改生的什么病，移植前还是移植后，档案是保存在本地的。
记录至少两个结果可以在趋势里查看折线图
图片识别不上很准确，要注意核对
